Here are the instructions for paying a co-payment or deductible:
1. Click on this link: pay.instamed.com/drmorden
2. Under Make a Payment, type your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, E-mail Address, and then click the Pay Now button.
3. When you reach the Sign Up page, click Continue as Guest at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter the Payment Amount, and click Add Credit/Debit Card. Type your card information, and then click Next. Finally, click Confirm to complete the payment.
